Renewal by Andersen® is the division of Andersen windows developed strictly for the replacement market. Renewal utilizes state-of-the-art materials that provide outstanding thermal performance, while maintaining the architectural integrity of the home.
As our organization grows, we are in search of an administrative assistant to assist our service department by providing support with excellent customer service, scheduling and follow-up on service projects. It is a full time position, paying $13.50 an hour, based on skills and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package.
❖ Coordinating activities of service department engaged in repairing
❖ Handling calls and interact and communicate well with customers.
❖ Communicate effectively with the Service Department; gather required information to service the customer.
❖ Follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction
❖ Calling vendors and organizing and processing repair orders;
❖ Preparing purchase orders, ordering work material, and ensuring receipt of materials
❖ Opening and closing repair orders
❖ Completing service repairs paperwork
❖ Time and data entry on repair orders
❖ Preparing various weekly and monthly reports
❖ Phone support for all departments
❖ Other duties as assigned in supporting company goals
❖ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
❖ Highly organized and can multi-task in a fast paced work environment
